No, we do not require order(s) by dozens or cartons. We will pick and pack to meet your demands.

Our fax number is 562-926-5300. Currently we do not accept online payments. We hope to add this feature in the near future.

Orders are packed and shipped Monday - Friday only. For same day order fulfillment, we have a 12pm PST cutoff time for Fedex, and 12pm PST cutoff time for UPS. If you have your own FedEx or UPS account, we can utilize your account as well. We will also work with your own contracted Freight Forwarder/Carriers if preferred.
Purchaser must obtain a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from Startee Apparel for all returns. Printed, washed, relabeled, or decorated merchandise is non-returnable. Only goods that have not been altered, dyed, or processed in any way can be considered for return. Please inspect all goods before printing or decorating. All claims must be made within 5 working business days from receipt of goods. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee in addition to freight and COD charges. There is a minimum $10 restocking fee. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer's expense. All of our tags (brand + composition label) are Tear-Away tags. You can remove them and either sew or print your own logo.
