Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please let us know and we will either exchange or refund your purchase.
Returns General Rules
All claims must be made within 14 working days from receipt of goods.
Unfortunately, we can only refund you the cost of the styles ordered. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Printed, washed, relabeled, or decorated merchandise is non- returnable. Goods that have not been altered, dyed, or processed in any way can be considered for return/exchange.
We are not liable for lost packages.
Steps to Return or Exchange
Email us at email@example.com to let us know the reason why you would like to return or exchange your purchase.

Refund & Exchange Requests
Once received we will process refund and it will be credited to the original form of payment. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for processing.
If you would like to exchange for a different size, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can only process exchanges for a different size of the same style ordered. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the new order.
